Note – TQ Fitness have a minimum age of 14 years to be able to attend our gym, anybody under this age is not allowed to be using the equipment or train. Minors between the ages of 14 to 17 years are eligible to be a member of TQ fitness, however they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while accessing the gym, equipment, classes and personal training sessions.
