For over 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people achieve their fitness goals. From managing a franchise gym to opening my own PT studios, and now running a 24/7 gym and fitness centre, I bring a wealth of experience to every session.

We have a range of group fitness options with our trainer Kat and there are two free sessions per week at TQ Fitness:
Wednesday 9.45am Low impact functional movement
Friday 9.30am Resistance training
These classes will be referred to as 'KatFitness' on the link below.
