Group Fitness, Personal Training Services & Yoga

At TQ Fitness, supporting our members is our number one priority. We focus on creating a customer-centric, self-service fitness experience where you have everything you need to reach your goals.

Our fitness students are educated by leading fitness experts with decades of experience and are then given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a commercial environment at TQ Fitness. Their passion for health, well-being, and fitness is unstoppable, inspiring them to excel under the guidance of their teachers.

Group Fitness Classes

TQ Fitness members can take advantage of group fitness classes each week which are included with a membership. Hosted by Kaylee, these classes are included with no extra cost.

Upper body circuit:
Tuesdays 5.30 - 6.30pm
Lower body circuit: Wednesdays 9.30 - 10.30am
Core session: Thursdays 8.30 - 9.30am

To ensure that all members can access their benefits, group fitness classes will be limited to one per member, per week.

Personal Training with Kaylee

Kaylee began her fitness journey by going to the gym as an escape from the everyday, it quickly progressed to become something she absolutely loved, inspiring Kaylee to study for her Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness right here at the TAFE Queensland Robina campus!
Kaylee is passionate about helping others to love their time in the gym to help them reach their fitness goals.

TQ Fitness members can access Personal Training sessions with Kaylee*. Please visit Kaylee's website to see the options available, book a session or contact her for a consult.

*Personal training is at an additional cost and is not included with your TQ Fitness membership. All personal training bookings, arrangements and payments are managed by Kaylee.

Yoga with Fay

Perfect for beginner to moderate levels, these gentle classes use traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga techniques to take you through a range of postures focusing on joint and spine mobility as well as building strength, flexibility and endurance in the whole body.

Fay is a regular yogi and is a 200hr YTT Registered Yoga Teacher. She has completed traditional Hatha style training in Rishikesh, India at Rishikesh Yogapeeth & House of Om.

TQ Fitness members can access yoga sessions every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30pm - 5:30pm at TQ Fitness.  

  • Mats and blocks are supplied.
  • Bring water bottle and towel (& your own mat if preferred).
  • $10 a session - prepayment required.
  • Limited to 12 per session, bookings are essential.

Equipment

  • Olympic lifting platforms and power rack Build strength with our Olympic lifting station. We are equipped with racks, cages, barbells, Olympic bumper plates and lifting platforms.
  • Smith Machine – The Smith Machine can be used for squats, bench press and deadlifts just to name a few well-regarded exercises. It can be used as a self-spotting device since the weight moves on a fixed track. A perfect place to start or feel supported and safe in your movements.
  • Cable machine - With adjustable height settings and handles, this machine makes it easy to customise movements to suit different exercises and fitness levels, making it popular for strength training and functional fitness workouts.
  • Hammer strength machines -  This high-quality, durable strength training equipment is designed to mimic natural body movements. They use plate-loaded resistance, allowing users to perform controlled,  targeted exercises that build strength in specific muscle groups.
  • Free weights and resistance training – Our well-equipped gym includes benches, dumbbells, kettle bells, TRX suspension trainers, deadballs, medicine balls, resistance bands, skipping ropes and foam rollers for versatile training options.
  • Cardio - The comprehensive cardio section features rowers, treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes and stair climber.
